• All return and refund requests can be made through Elecour Beauty's email. 

• This return policy is only effective if you return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of receiving your parcel. Any shipping fee required for the return will be at your own cost.

• Item(s) must be in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and labels attached.

• Inspection will be carried out to ensure all item(s) are in their original condition before any confirmation on your return. It will usually take 3 to 7 working days to process your request before we could confirm, process and ship out the replacement / exchanged item(s) to you.

•  This return policy is not applicable to item(s) delivered overseas.

• For a successful return, shipping fee of RM5 (Peninsular MY)/ RM13 (East MY) will be charged.

• For unsuccessful returns that do not meet our policy, the item(s) will be returned to you at your own cost.

• Strictly no exchange after 14-days upon receiving your parcel.

Malaysia Delivery ( West & East Malaysia)

• FREE delivery nationwide for purchase above RM250. Otherwise, RM5 (Peninsular MY)/ RM13 (East MY) will be charged for each delivery. Estimated delivery time is 3 – 7 working days subject to stock availability.
