Here is some guides for you

Always wash your hands with soap & water before putting on or taking off your contact lenses.
Place 3 or more drops of solution on 1 side of a lens. Rub gently in a non-circular motion from the center outwards for 2-4 seconds. Turn the lens over and repeat, then repeat with the other lens.
After rubbing them, rinse each side of your lenses for 5 seconds with fresh solution. Place them in a clean lens case & fill with solution. Close case tightly.
Soak for a minimum of 6 hours to effectively disinfect, clean & remove proteins.

Frequestly Ask Question
How do contact lenses work?
Contact lenses work by altering the curvature of light rays as they enter the eye. This moves the image so it focuses on the retina, resulting in clear vision.
What can I expect the first time I wear lenses?
There are all sorts of rumors about wearing contact lenses. Stuff like they’ll travel into your brain (impossible), or that they’ll give you superpowers ( still impossible, but how cool would it be to shoot lasers from your eyes?
Can I swim while wearing contact lenses?
Although it’s tempting, we recommend that you do not swim in your contact lenses. Instead, ask your eye doctor about protective eyewear options.
