This return policy is only effective if you return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of receiving your parcel. Any shipping fee required for the return will be at your own cost.

Item(s) must be in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and labels attached.

Inspection will be carried out to ensure all item(s) are in their original condition before any confirmation on your return. It will usually take 3 to 7 working days to process your request before we could confirm, process and ship out the replacement / exchanged item(s) to you.

For a successful return, shipping fee of RM5 (Peninsular MY)/ RM13 (East MY) will be charged.
